CAKE & CUPCAKE DESCRIPTION:

The Pretty in Pink Barbie

A love letter to childhood nostalgia, reimagined in haute couture. The Pretty in Pink Barbie cake captures the romance of youthful dreams with four tender layers of strawberry butter cake. Each slice reveals a passionate embrace of soft purple cotton candy and velvety ivory French vanilla bean crème mousselines, all cloaked in a dramatic dragonfruit Italian meringue buttercream. We adorn this romantic creation with whimsical cotton candy lollipops, blush-pink chocolate dipped strawberries, and shimmering stemmed cherries. A final kiss of edible glitter and 24-karat gold leaf transforms this into a breathtaking, unforgettable gift.

The Enchanted Evening Barbie

An intoxicating affair of flavor and elegance. The Enchanted Evening Barbie cake is an alluring, twilight romance captured in sugar. The journey begins with four layers of decadent Disaronno Amaretto liqueur butter cake, seamlessly paired with a duo of silky Crème de Cacao mousseline and rich Kahlúa coffee liqueur cream. A seductive coat of liqueur buttercream is crowned with whimsical swirls of Whipped Vodka buttercream. Tailored for the epicurean romantic, it is adorned with delicate white coconut Ferrero Rochers, and blue candy crystals that catch the light like diamonds.
